Nezar Abou-Ismail has more than 30 years work experience. He is the President Merge & Acquisitions and investors affairs at Oscar Infrastructure Services.
He has MBA from Central Michigan University in Business Contracting Law 2003, a Law Degree from Alexandria University in 1990 and BA and a MA in Anthropology from Alexandria University and the American University in Cairo in 1986.
He is the founder and Managing Director of Capital Advocates Law Firm. Founder Partner and Board member of ION Egypt and Via Atlantic Energy, USA both companies are operating in the oil and gas sector.
Nezar has gained vast international experience in Mergers and acquisitions in different business sectors in the Middle East and Africa.
  He Also was the Business Advisor for Intel, Microsoft and Vodafone and other multinational companies in North Africa. He was the CEO for Gartner in the Arab countries.
   He was the Consul General for Kingdom of Morocco in Alexandria. In addition, he was appointed Ambassador for the Disarmament Commission, acting as Commissioner for African countries, has was also a Council for International Cooperation to the Chairman of the Arab Labor Organization. As well as being founder and board member of the High Commission for Trade between Morocco and Egypt.
  Nezar was also a member in the Monitoring election team between Indonesia and East Timor in 1999 and between Eritrea and Djibouti during 2000, in matters related to border disputes.
He has been recognized by The Egyptian Arbitration Syndicate as an "Interactional Council, and a leading figure in the field of mediation" due to his understanding of the different economical, financial and political aspects including other pressures facing the parties, and quickly assessing the strengths and weaknesses of any case’ He is listed in the Egyptian International Arbitration Center, EIAC, as an international arbitrator and mediator, under license number 1164.
Nezar is dual-citizen of Egypt and kingdom of Morocco, Married and blessed with two kids. He is fluent in Arabic, French and English. Nezar is based in Cairo office.
