Maitre Mohamed Zaanouni is Oscar’s Senior Vice President Legal affairs.
Maitre Zaanouni is member of the Tunisian Bar Association since 1996. A graduate of the University of Sorbonne (Paris 1), he is a Lawyer at the Supreme Court.
He has international work experience in France, Britain, the United States and the MENA region. He is author of: "Foreign investment in Tunisia," "Conflicts arising from transfers of receivables given the DAILLY law" and "The obligations of developers in light of the new legislation.”
His Practice areas are Business Law, Corporate Law, Arbitration, Maritime Transport, Merger & Acquisition.
Mohamed is citizen of Tunisia, Married and blessed with two kids. He is fluent in Arabic, French, English and Italian. Mohamed is based in Tunis office.
